The Yokohama Ma Zhu Miao Temple, located in the chinatown of Yokohama, is dedicated to the Chinese sea goddess Mazu. It features a large colorful gate with vibrant green, blue and gold colors. The many lanterns linking the gate and the temple are illuminated at night.
Since my better half is Japanese I often have the chance to travel to Japan. I grew fond over time of this magnificent country. I hope you may find here some inspiration! For those who wonder, I chose the moniker Gaijin-San after being called like this by a waitress at a grilled eel restaurant.
